Week in review


The physical goal: Lose 30 pounds. 0.0 pounds lost so far.

To accomplish this I am committing to hitting 10,000 steps a day. Here’s how I did last week.

Activity: 11,301 steps on average

Not too shabby here. While it is always painful to see a half-filled ring on Sunday (blast you day of resting!), I was able to hit my stride every other day.
